出现原因：
windows 使用Tensorflow 出现

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘PIL’
后，安装 >pip install pillow ，问题出现。
警告说你的Tensorflow不能使用SSE4.1 SSE4.2 AVX AVX2 FMA这些指令集进行编译。
国内的博客没找到解决办法，最后在国外的文章中找到了解决办法。
解决办法：
因为通过pip安装的是manylinux1_X86这是一个通用版本，根据指令集不同，需要进行不同的编译。

下载相应版本，执行安装：
>pip install tensorflow-1.4.0-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl
